COVID-19 Impacts Service Delivery

The Abrigo Centre has adjusted its service delivery to provide phone, email and online support. Please note that if you need assistance from our agency please call us at 416-534-3434 during normal business hours.

All front line staff, starting Wednesday, March 18, will work from home and going forward all regularly scheduled client appointments will occur over the phone. Providing outstanding service will remain a priority as we continue through this transition. Staff will be equipped to work remotely and we fully expect the needs of our clients will be met and special attention made to ensure our most vulnerable clients receive the care they require.

All Abrigo group activities have been temporarily suspended as well. The health, safety and well-being of all Abrigo Centre clients, volunteers and staff members is paramount.  

Abrigo will continue to monitor this situation closely and will provide appropriate updates as required. We appreciate your understanding at this time. Working together we can continue to serve our clients and ensure the health of all involved.
